French Fairy Wings
These wings are so beautiful!
They are made from vintage lace tablecloths.
The millinery flower was from an old hat.
The rhinestone flowers are part of an old bridal sash.
It's hump day! We are half way there.
We are expecting rain tomorrow!!!
Please everyone...... pray for Rain!!!
Almost everyone has been effected by the record heat wave.

How lovely and airy and cool those wings are. Yes please, rain would be good.
So soft and pretty Elizabeth - they look wonderful!
Elizabeth my friend! It was so nice to see a comment from you on my blog:) I hope all is going well and I hope you get a nice, big rainfall!
Your angel wings are absolutely stunning! Wow, I've never seen anything quite like them. Definitely something to treasure:)
Have a wonderful day!
I love those sweet wings. You should show us how to make them:):) I have seen a wreath made of old lace. Smiles to you, Susie
It finally rained!!!!
Thanks to all of you that said a little prayer.
We need a lot more.... so keep rain in your prayers.
It is cloudy (yeah!) this morning and for the first time in weeks all the little birds are out. Playing in the birdbath and picking little berries. I even saw a couple of squirrels playing on the trunk of a tree.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
Elizabeth
