2nd Annual Dress Form Ball ~ The Polka Dot Closet

The
2nd Annual

What a wonderful idea!  A Dress Form Ball!
How fun!

I love my dress forms, busts and mannequins.
I love dressing them up.....  it's like playing with big girl dolls.
I have a large collection of vintage party dresses, hats and rhinestone jewellery   It's soooooo hard to decide what to wear!
I like my Wolf dress forms the best.  They are beautiful and fun to dress up.  I have a few very special ones.  I love the antique one with the expanding skirt.  You turn the crank and the skirt expands into a hoop shape....  for dresses like in Gone With the Wind.  The child size bust form from France was a rare find.

Pop over and visit Carol to see all the pretty girls!

So nice dresses and dress forms ! I use my dress form to realize my costumes for VENICE carnival where I go every year, but unfortunately I had no pictures, so I participate with my own shabby clothes, less pretty than a princess dress !
thank you for the dreamy moment.
