Vintage Chintz Drapes
It's getting cold outside so it's time to re-hang the heavy drapes. I found a pair of gorgeous chintz barkcloth drapes some time ago at a local flea market for $35. My hubby helped me hang them this weekend.
Fabulous! A perfect fit.
With that done..... the little nook beside the sofa needed a makeover. I went shopping in my basement and this is what I came up with. I collect Murano glass mirrors, porcelain roses (of course), vintage rhinestone clocks and old wedding toppers. It came together beautifully. I purchased the Marie Antoinette lamp at my favorite antiques store "The White Rabbit" a couple of months ago. She needed a special place to reign. She now sits atop a pink antique needle point stool I found over the summer.
Picture perfect.

O! I love those blingy clocks! I have not seen those before. Did you buy them that way or did you add the rhinestones to them? Beautiful!
