Pink Taffeta & Ribbon Roses ~ Pink Saturday!

Pink Taffeta & Ribbon Roses
Keepsake Box

I just purchased this "to die for" keepsake box!
I paid a pretty penny for it but, it is absolutely gorgeous!
I am sure it was handmade and probably from the 40's - 50's.
It's made with pink taffeta and layers and layers of vintage lace.
The top is embellished with the most beautiful handmade ribbon roses!
It is "stuffed" or "puffy" like a pin cushion.
I added the vintage rhinestone pin to the top.
Just can't resist adding a bit of sparkle!
It is simply gorgeous!

Enjoy!
Elizabeth

I thought you was going to say you made it. It is so pretty,I love it to bits. I think I will attempt to make one with all my stash of lace. It won't look as nice as yours but we will have a go. xx
