Pink Pretties from the Past - Pink Saturday!

There is something enchanting about handmade pretties from the past.
The intricate handwork is truly amazing.
Each piece is a work of art.
I love the delicate materials used back then.....  satin, ribbons and lace.
So dainty and feminine.
They don't make'm like they used to!
Thought I would share a few treasures from my personal collection.

Happy Pink Saturday!

Come join the fun!

Those are just beautiful. I wonder how many of our "pretties" will be held up in the future for examples of beauty. Not many, I bet. xo Diana

It's nice to have lovely pieces of history to hold in your hand. We don't often hear the word "dainty" used to describe things made nowadays. :)

I love all the vintage cushions, they are so delicate and romantic.
I've never seen the one that has a pretty bow behind net material..
mm, I could use that on one of my designs, thank you for the inspiration and sharing your beautiful treasures.
Hugs,
Angela.
